Common questions
How do I place an order?
Download the Box Fraise app, select a strawberry variety from the Board, choose your chocolate and finish,
pick a collection window at Marché Atwater, and pay. You'll receive a confirmation email and a notification when your order is ready.
Where do I collect my order?
At the chocolate counter inside Marché Atwater — 138 Av. Atwater, Montréal. We are there every morning, 9:00–17:00.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You'll receive a push notification and an email when your order is ready for collection. Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Box Fraise.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Email us at austin@fraise.maison as soon as possible.
We can accommodate changes before the order begins preparation. Once dipping has started, changes are not possible.
Can I get a refund?
If there's a problem with your order — wrong items, quality issue, or if you were unable to collect —
email us and we will make it right. Refunds are handled case by case.
My order history isn't showing up.
Go to the Orders tab and enter the exact email address you used when placing the order. If it still doesn't appear, email us.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled: iOS Settings → Box Fraise → Notifications → Allow Notifications.
You will also receive a ready email as a backup.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification.
